We collect and process the following data when you interact with our website:

1.1 Personal data you provide voluntarily

• When booking a meeting: name, email, and project details you share
• When subscribing to our newsletter: email address
• When downloading free resources or guides: email address
• When using the cost calculator or a diagnostic: your email address, and the answers you gave, if you request the emailed report
• When using the contact form: name, email, and your message
• When contacting us by email: any information you include in your message

1.2 Data we collect automatically

• Product analytics (PostHog, EU Cloud), only if you accept it in the consent choice: technical and usage data such as pages visited, referrer, device/browser information, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction events needed to understand site performance. Nothing is collected for analytics until you accept, and refusing has no effect on how the site works
• Meeting scheduling (Cal.com): the booking calendar is loaded from Cal.com when you open it, or straight away if you have accepted the optional tools in the consent choice. Loading it sends your IP address and browser details to Cal.com. If you book a call, the details you enter are processed by Cal.com

We use your personal data to:

We use browser storage that is needed for the site to work (it remembers your consent choice), and analytics cookies/storage used by PostHog to understand how the site is used. The analytics cookies and storage are set only after you accept them. If you reject, or make no choice, none are set.

You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie and analytics settings" in the site footer. Withdrawing consent stops analytics and removes what it stored in your browser. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
